“I was pleasantly surprised by the NaNoWriMo presentation, which I found useful in answering most of my questions about writing a novel. Also, I found the teacher/presenter to be a warm, friendly (non-stuffy), inclusive, and approachable.
I learned to trust my instincts more as a writer; to dare to be vulnerable, and (as opposed to trying to edit and write at the same time), to just get it down—and write.
